Displacer Operated Level Switches We are able to provide our clients with a wide range of Displacer Operated Level Switches. These switches are used to provide magnetic wide switching differential as well as alter the switching. This alteration to the switching point is done by moving the displacer up and down of the suspension cable. Greater wall thickness assures effective functioning of the displacer even in high pressure conditions. As the diplacer is heavier by the weight of the liquid, it is suspended with the aid of a spring. On the contact of liquid and the displacer, a buoyancy force is produced. This force changes the applicable weight of the displace control, thus, causing a shift in the spring to a new equilibrium position. This retraction of the spring position causes the sleeve attached to the spring to move upwards. With this upward movement into the magnetic field triggers the switching action of the external magnet.
